You will be eligible for the following
- 2 check-ups per year (from sign-up date)
- 2 regular “prophylaxis” cleanings per year (not “scaling & root planing” also known as a deep cleaning) (from sign-up date) *
- 1 emergency dental visit per year (from sign-up date)
- 20% off all treatments performed by Dr. Etemad (excludes referrals to specialties) (from sign-up date)
Please understand that patients cannot choose between “regular” or “deep” cleanings. The type of cleaning you will need is based on your dentists’ findings and evaluation of your periodontal health. These are strict guidelines provided by the American Dental Association that all dental professionals must legally abide by.
